The used dishwashing detergent BRS 13 and its chemical composition can produce foam in case of a too little quantity of dirty cutlery within the machine.  

To avoid foaming over of machines we therefore provide our anti-foaming agent BRA, which is an effective and harmless foam brake and does in no way influence the processing result. Its high degree of efficiency results in a low consumption (approx. 0.02 kg - 0.06 kg/batch), so that we supply the anti-foaming agent BRA in convenient 5 kg canisters which can be stored close to the machine to be quickly available in case of urgency.  

After all, to use the complete capacity of the machine, it is better to watch for an appropriate filling quantity of cutlery, if this is not possible, the anti-foaming agent BRE inhibitis effectively the formation of foam.
