Our dishwashing detergent BRS 13 was developed on the basis of many years of experience with the cleaning of encrusted pollution on work pieces. This is the reason why we can achieve a complete cleaning of your cutlery without the usual "chemical mace". Even cutlery taken directly out of the machine, without the subsequent rinsing and drying process, can be used without any risk. Some visitors were already convinced during voluntary taste testing on our exhibition booth on the Hogatech 2008. To achieve a complete neutralizataion of the dishwashing detergent, the cutlery should pass through the following rinsing system with normal tap water and then through a drier before it is put back on the table.
The component water is a well-know cost factor in belt rinsing machines, because in most cases highly heated water (approx. 70 - 90°CX) or also VE or osmose water have to be used. This is not necessary when using a TROWAL machine, since the dishwashing detergent BRS 13 is adapted for full cleaning performance, even with cold water. A light heating up to approx. 30°C facilitates of course the cleaning process, but this is not necessarily required. Our cleaning process needs, in combination with the dishwashing detergent BRS 14, no specially treated water, but carries out the complete cleaning operation with normal tap water.
